Welcome to Girl Gut. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, programs, and services. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, booking a consultation, or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
 

2. Definitions
 

In these Terms:

• “You”, “your” refer to any user, client, or purchaser of our products or services.

• “Services” include nutrition consultations, wellness programs, educational sessions, and digital courses.

• “Products” include testing kits (e.g. ProGut™), supplements, digital guides, meal plans, and eBooks sold via our website or affiliate links.
   

3. Nature of Services
 

Girl Gut provides nutritional consulting, education, and wellness support designed to promote general health and wellbeing.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
All information shared through our website, products, and consultations is for educational purposes only and should not replace advice from your GP, medical specialist, or qualified healthcare professional.
 

4. Eligibility
 

You must be at least 18 years old to access our services or purchase products.
By engaging with Girl Gut, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
 

5. Consultations and Programs
 

a. Booking and Payment

All consultation bookings must be made through our approved booking system or via direct communication. Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
 

b. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.

• Refunds for prepaid sessions are at the discretion of Girl Gut and will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
   

c. Treatment Plans and Outcomes

Results vary between individuals. While every effort is made to provide evidence-based, effective recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes.
 

You are responsible for implementing recommendations and for consulting your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, supplements, or medications.
 

6. ProGut™ Testing and Health Data
 

By purchasing and submitting a ProGut™ test, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Testing is performed by a third-party laboratory.

• Girl Gut interprets results for educational and lifestyle purposes only.

• We do not provide diagnostic or medical interpretations.

• You are responsible for consulting your GP if test results suggest medical abnormalities.
   

All health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
 

7. Digital Products
 

Digital products (including eBooks, guides, and meal plans) are delivered electronically via download link or email.
 

a. Intellectual Property

All Girl Gut digital materials are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own learning and health goals.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
 

b. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be granted where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the product is defective or not as described).
 

8. Subscription Services
 

Some Girl Gut offerings (such as the Nourished Program) operate on a recurring payment or subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal of payments unless cancelled prior to your next billing cycle.

• Responsibility for managing your subscription or cancellation through the method provided.
   

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription features with reasonable notice.
 

9. Supplement and Affiliate Recommendations
 

Girl Gut may recommend third-party supplements or products, including My Way Up formulations and others.
These recommendations are provided based on professional judgement and are not medical prescriptions.

Affiliate links may generate a small commission for Girl Gut at no extra cost to you.
We only partner with brands that meet high standards for quality and efficacy.

All supplement use is at your discretion and should be discussed with your healthcare provider if you have underlying medical conditions or take medication.
 

10. Pricing and Payments
 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Square). Girl Gut does not store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Current pricing will always be visible before purchase.
 

11. Refunds and Returns
 

Refunds will be provided in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incomplete digital downloads

• Missed consultations

Refunds for ProGut™ testing kits are only issued if the kit is unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
 

12. Disclaimer
 

Girl Gut and its representatives make no guarantees about specific health results.
Information provided is general in nature and not a substitute for individual medical advice.

You understand and agree that:

• All actions taken based on Girl Gut’s content or consultations are at your own risk.

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or injury resulting from information provided.

If you experience adverse symptoms, discontinue use of any recommended product and contact your GP immediately.
 

13. Website Use
 

You agree not to use the Girl Gut website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
All content, including text, images, recipes, and resources, are the intellectual property of Girl Gut and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.
